ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expired and unavailable limits should be removed from 360 screens. Currently they are showing in 360 screen in V14 and this is not in line with V12 behaviour.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expired and unavailable limits should be removed from 360 screens.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to STDCUSVW screen
2. Go to Limits tan and verify if closed/expired limits are displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to see the old expired limits
