ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ECA Queue Interim status record not displayed in screen
Transaction created and moved into ECA queue but not displayed in PQSECAQU screen.
In view PQVW_QUEUE_ECA there is condition which is restricting this record from displaying in screen
AND NOT (A.CURRENT_STATUS ='O' AND ( A.SYSTEM_ACTION IS NOT NULL AND NVL(A.SYSTEM_ACTION,'A') = 'A'))
