Cards Quick Link Summary Shows No Records From Customer Landing Page (Doc ID 2876176.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When clicking on the Cards quick link, Blank summary screen is shown. We then had to re-input the account number again and check the records.


Expected Behavior

Account number should be populated on the Card summary screen and records should be displayed in result set.


Steps

1. Launch the customer landing screen (STDCULND) and enter the customer who has card linked.
2. Click on the customer’s name.
3. Click on the account number who has card linked.
4. Click on the cards.
5. Check the Card summary screen and whether the account number is populated or not.
