On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Mini Core Auto Replication from FCUBS to OBBRN is not working and failing with below error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In order to achieve auto mini core replication user followed the following steps:
1) Set the parameter value 'OBMA_CORE_REP_REQ' as 'Y' in CSTB_PARAM table.
2) In IFDCREXS, Queried for 'PLATOCORE' External System and modified the target
system REST Service details where replication is required
3) Modified Existing record for LocalHoliday in STDLOCHL just to check if replication is working fine
4) Checked the scheduler job "CORE_EXTASYNC_CALL" in SMSJOBBR which was scheduled
5) Modified local holiday should have replicated in OBBRN but it gives 403 Forbidden error in the log
