ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Facility Utilization amount is not updated correctly in GEDFACLT after EOD

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Facility Utilization amount get updated correctly in GEDFACLT after EOD

STEPS:
1. Liability 1xxxx0: with liability branch :bbb
Currency exchange rate maintained in CYDRATEE between USD and EUR: 0.9
We have Facility A.3 with Liability No: 1xxxx0.
Created Utilization amount for 45,xxxx EUR in GEDUTILS for the above facility
After this Utilized amount in GEDFACLT is : 5xxxx USD (45xxx /0.9) =5xxxx USD
Modified Currency rate: to 0.88
Ran EOD in 000 Branch
Liability amount utilized and Limit utilized amount got updated successfully in GEDUTILS as 51xxx.36 USD
But if we go and check Facility screen, utilized amount is not updated properly.
Showing 5xxxx USD instead of ’51,xxx.36’. (45xxx/0.88) =51,xxx.36 USD
Ran EOD for the second time in 000 by modifying currency rate again : 0.88 to 0.98.
On checking the utilized Amount in screen GEDUTILS it is updated properly (currency conversion happen successfully) as 45,xxx.37 USD
But, Utilized amount is not updated properly in GEDFACLT screen updated as 51,xxx USD but expected is 45,xxx.37 USD (45xx/0.98) =45,xxx.37 USD

Changes

Fix has been provided to commit the rate updation at utilization level and then proceed with sub processes revaluation.
