RFR Interest Rate Code Not Modifiable At Contract Level For MM Product (Doc ID 2876284.1)

Actual Behavior

When user trying to create an MM RFR contract with a rate code different from the rate code provided at the Interest Class maintenance / Product Maintenance, system does not allow to change the rate code and gives an error 'Rate Type and Rate code maintained for the component cannot be changed' FC-RFR-M40.

User has multiple RFR rate codes maintained and it cannot be maintained with the same rate code name.


Expected Behavior

System should allow us to provide an appropriate RFR rate code at the 'Interest Tab'.


Steps

1. Invoke the screen MMDTRONL.
2. Try to maintain the new class in interest class definition.
3. Amend the contract and try to change the rate code
