patch set 1,2 time there is no issue
After applied patchset 3 facing this issue
Found difference in pmpks_pmdadvfm_kernel package

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PMSADVFM screen ..unlock/save of existing record or try by clicking new and place attached format and save
