While Generating Adhoc Report For "Userwise Date Creation Report" Error "Please Enter Valid Start Date And End Date" Is Observed. (Doc ID 2876756.1)

Symptoms

Admin user is not able to generate "UserWise Date Creation Report", below error is observed.

ERROR

Please enter valid start and end date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user
2. Navigate to "Reports->Report Generation->Adhoc Report"
3. Select "UserWise Date Creation Report"
4. Click on "Generate Report" Button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to generate report.

Issue is observed after deployment of QPS 19.2.0.9.0
