Symptoms
Draft application for Trade finance on Application tracker does not open,
following error is observed in console.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data')
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Application Tracker-->Trade Finance
3. On Draft tab, click on draft application
