LC: Common Group Message Screen Field 79 Fields Not Editable during Amendment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When you unlock an authorized LC contract and go to common group message tab and try to create MT799, all field79 fields are not editable. Only the first field 79 is editable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the fields should be editable
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC Contract with multiple lines in MT799 and Authorize it
2. unlock the LC and Try to amend the Mt799 message
3. Try to amend in line 2-6

Due to this issue, users cannot amend line 2-6
