Cash Deposit Failing in OBBRN 3.0 - UAT

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to do the cash deposit successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Cash Deposit screen and fill in all the details
2. Save the transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform cash deposit
