Alert Count Is Decreased but Alert Is Not Deleted; Incorrect Placement of Cancel and Confirm Buttons. (Doc ID 2877063.1)

Alert count is decreased but alert is not deleted. Deleted alerts are displayed again on screen.
The popup for delete alert has inconsistent button placement;On listing screen it is Confirm and Cancel, whereas on details screen it is Cancel and Confirm.

Alert should be deleted and alert count should be decreased.
Deleted Alerts should not be again displayed in the list.
Button placement should be consistent to avoid confusion for user.

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to Mailbox > View all Alerts
2. Delete any alert from by selecting or opening the alert.
3. View the count it has decreased but still alert can be seen.
4. On the alerts list screen. Select any alert. Click on delete icon.
5. View the button placement it is Confirm and Cancel.
6. When you select the alert and on details screen.
7. Button placement is Cancel and Confirm.
