Entered Data Is Not Populating in 'Presentation Terms and Conditions' Screen on Clicking the 'Back' Button from Next Screen

When attempting to select 'Non standard' checkbox under 'Undertaking Terms and Conditions' field in 'Presentation Terms and Conditions' screen and proceeding to next screen, the selected checkbox sets back to default i.e 'Standard' on clicking the 'Back' button from the next screen. It doesn't populate the selected data.
User entered data should be displayed on the screen by clicking the 'Back' button from the next screen to the 'Presentation Terms and Conditions' screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Initiate Bank Guarantee > Presentation Terms and Conditions
3. Fill all the required details and click on 'Next' button
4. Observe the value of 'Undertaking Terms and Conditions' checkbox on clicking the 'Back' button in 'Presentation Terms and Conditions' screen
