ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Calls To OBRH - Not going to ThirdParty and returning null

Users are facing intermittent issues in production related to OBRH when doing bulk file upload from OBDX ,There are some internal call that happens to core via OBRH like CASA_READ ,CASA_ACCOUNT_PARTIES etc. when uploading file from OBDX .user observed that these calls from OBDX to OBRH is failing sometime while next time it going through with the same set of the data .this scenario can be simulated in UAT too if uploading multiple files .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Calls To OBRH - should going to ThirdParty with proper response

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup should be (OBDX -OBRH - Thirdparty)
2.login into OBDX by corp user
3. upload bulk file
4. some time response coming as null and some time same request is working fine

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do bulk file upload from OBDX via OBRH to Core banking (Third party)

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
