ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Party Account Access' screen is displayed as blank when login with 'Corporate Admin' user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Party Account Access' screen should display properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with 'Corporate Admin' user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Access Management > Account Access > Party Account Access
3. Observe that the blank screen is displaying
