Getting error Duplicate Director (ST-VALS-009) On STDCIF (Doc ID 2877893.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

User can't add a new director tab on screen STDCIF for a sequence number say 5 and fail with below error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a new director.
