Error Reported During Patch # 33108215 (Doc ID 2877944.1)

When installing patch 33108215, the putty console reported twice:

[FATAL] 2022-06-07 08:28:14.254 [main] fatal - Error in Model upload. So aborting installation
[FATAL] 2022-06-07 08:28:14.254 [main] fatal - Data Model Failed...Check ModelUpload log for more details
[FATAL] 2022-06-07 08:28:14.254 [main] fatal - Error77: Error occured while performing DataModel Upload

The first time:
Upon reviewing ../OFSBDINFO/logs/OFSBDINFO_LOG_28_06.07.2022-08.03.33.log the Error was below:
"stg_market_news_event.sql---------ORA-02443: Cannot drop constraint - nonexistent constraint"

then created the missing PK_307 and ran the install again..

The second time:
Upon reviewing ./OFSBDINFO/logs/OFSBDINFO_LOG_28_06.07.2022-08.25.40.log, the error was below:

Error while rolling backAlter table stg_market_news_event add constraint PK_307 PRIMARY KEY (FIC_MIS_DATE,V_INSTRUMENT_CODE,D_NEWS_EVENT_DATE,D_NEWS_EVENT_TIME)
