'Alert Subscription' Screen Is Partially Loading (Doc ID 2877946.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to open 'Alert Subscription' screen,
it is loading partially and the following error is found in the browser console.

oj3rdpartybundle.js:443 Uncaught TypeError: Unable to process binding "_ojCustomElement: function(){const e=a.CustomElementUtils.isComposite(r),t=a.CustomElementUtils.isVComponent(r);return{skipThrottling:e||t}}"
Message: Unable to process binding "_ojCustomElement: function(){const e=a.CustomElementUtils.isComposite(r),t=a.CustomElementUtils.isVComponent(r);return{skipThrottling:e||t}}"
Message: Unable to process binding "ifnot: function(){return ($component.selectedUserType() ==="corporateuser"&& isCorpAdmin) || $component.selectedUserType() ==="administrator" }"
Message: Unable to process binding "ifnot: function(){return $component.isPartyAvailable() }"
Message: $component.isPartyAvailable is not a function

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Others > Alert Subscription
3. Observe only the 'User Type' dropdown is visible on the screen
