ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Admin : Approval Rule : Inappropriate Behaviour of Back and Confirm Button

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
Admin : Approval Rule : User should be able to create approval rule

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1: Back button not redirecting to correct screen

Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: go to Approval rules management screen and click on create
Step 3: Fill the details and click on submit
Step 4: Now here on the review screen click on back button
Step 5: Now on this screen click on back button again
On clicking the back button, instead of going to the screen that opens up on step 2(refer screenshot) , it has gone to this edit screen

Scenario 2: Confirm button on review screen not responding properly

Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: go to Approval rules management screen and click on create
Step 3: Fill the details and click on submit
Step 4: Now here on the review screen click on back button
Step 5: Now on this screen click on submit button
Step 6: Now click on confirm button

On clicking the confirm button, the user stays on the review screen only and confirmation screen does not opens
