Backdated payments repeat cycle of the payment queues after new activation date is set
Bank is facing the problem as below:
- Payment stuck in one of the payment queues(Authorization Limit, Sanction Check)
- User releases the payment the next working date (new activation date is set).
- The moment a backdated payment is processed from the respective queues, the same payment is thrown back into the queues
Bank expectation is that a payment should not cycle through the queues more than once.
