ECM - Rule-based Auto Closure Functionality Of Cases In FCCM (Doc ID 2878472.1)

Last updated on JUNE 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Behavior Detection Platform - Version 8.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We wanted to know whether there is any functionality of defining rules of auto closure in FCCM to reduce False Positives in ECM. In order to bring more operational efficiency, we would like to explore this functionality within FCCM. The rule can be simple as well as a bit more complicated. For example, in case an FCCM case has one alert where the triggering transaction of this alert is of the same/ repeating nature, i.e. counterparty and roughly the same amount, had already been closed by an analyst previously, the system should send the case to closure stage with the recommendation of closure with some comments indicating the same.
