On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Unable to amend account in STDCUSAC

IC products are linked to accounts as special condition and products are closed . user unable to amend the account and getting error ST-ACC-179.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock a customer account which has closed charge product linked to it
2. Modify and save the customer record
3. Verify if user is able to save and authorize the record successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the customer record
