FICServer did not start with JAVA HEAP Memory Issue
When we login to our Mantas UI, the welcome page appears, but when you try to navigate to see Alerts it returns back to the welcome page.
When starts FICServer, noticed in the nohup.out log after initializing the following error:
FICServer Initialization Complete
Exception in thread "Thread-3" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
at java.util.Arrays.copyOfRange(Arrays.java:3664)
at java.lang.String.(String.java:207)
at org.apache.xerces.xni.XMLString.toString(Unknown Source)
at org.apache.xerces.impl.XMLDocumentFragmentScannerImpl.scanAttribute(Unknown Source)
We are unable to perform our tasks as we are validating an internal vulnerability with Mantas UI and need to demo it to our internal security team.
