Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payee Restriction Setup : Unable to approve transaction via checker

User is getting error : DIGX_AP_0024, Message: User does not have access to perform current action

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
Payee Restriction Setup : Checker should be able to approve the transaction pending for approval

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin maker
Step 2: Open payee restriction setup, fill the criterias and click on view
Step 3: Click on edit
Step 4: Make some changes and click on save
Step 5: Click on Ok
Step 6: Now click on confirm
Step 7: Login through admin checker
Step 8: Click on administrative maintenance
Step 9: Click on the reference no. of transaction

Now although the role transaction mapping is done both for checker and maker but still the user gets an error saying "User does not has access to perform current action" in case of checker while in case of maker, the transaction is visible in activity log
