Specific Business Policy Error Message Does Not Reflect On The Screen (Doc ID 2878806.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While doing file upload in case of 2FA is enabled , proper error message is not reflected on the screen

This issue is consistent with all transactions where 2FA is enabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Proper error message should reflected on screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transaction aspect set to enable 2FA (OTP) and approval on File Upload
2. Upload a file that has name more than 30 character (in built business policy is 30 characters)
3. View logs, this shows Validation Errors = Object Name: FileValidationBusinessPolicyDTO, Attribute Name: file name, Attribute Value: , Error Code: DIGX_FU_059, Message: File name should not be more than 30 characters.
3. Screen shows error System Cannot process the request please try again later


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, proper error is not reflected on screen. user will not understand the actual problem.
