Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Value of 'Recipient Type' disappears in 'Alert Maintenance Review' screen when user attempts to create a new alert.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Value of 'Recipient Type' should be displayed in 'Alert Maintenance Review' screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with 'Admin' user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Communication > Alert Maintenence > Create
3. Select 'Module Name', 'Event Name', 'Alert Type' and in the 'Message Settings' add 'Recipient Type 1'
4. Click on 'Save' button and observe value of 'Recipient Type' disappears in 'Alert Maintenance Review' screen due to this following errors observed on clicking the 'Confirm' button.
'Please provide the Recipient Category. It is a Mandatory Field.'
'Please provide the Recipient. It is a Mandatory Field.'
