On : 14.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Record stays in Unmatched Q as unauthorized even after when releasing the transaction from Incoming Unmatched queue and subsequently authorizing it via clicking on Authorize button in Unmatched Q screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Record shouldn't stays in unmatched Q as unauthorized and should get authorized after when releasing the transaction from Incoming Unmatched queue and subsequently authorizing it via clicking on Authorize button in Unmatched Q screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release the txn from Incoming Unmatched queue
2. Click on Authorize button in Unmatched Q screen to Authorize
3. Observe that record stays in Unmatched Q as unauthorized.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the transaction authorized.
