ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Gateway messages (Web service) with future value date moving to warehouse queue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should consider the Activation date for the future value dated contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Payment through Gateway
2.The Payment should be Future Value Dated Contract
3.Activation date will be current date

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users identify the future value dated contracts are moving to warehouse queue.
