After 8.1.1.1 upgrade to 8.1.2, user gets No home link fetched error, and CTR Search screen is blank
Hi,
I updated an 8.1.1.1 BD/ECM instance to 8.1.2 BD/ECM. After upgrade, I logged in with the CTRSUPER user. When opening the CTR application, a pop-up box appeared with error message:
No home link fetched! Please contact the System Administrator
After this, the user is not able to open the CTR Search page. The page is blank (see attached screenshot.)
