ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Admin User Management transaction, User Search by Party ID for both retail and corporate users with the following API takes more then 40 Sec:
digx/v1/users?partyId=<PARTY_ID>&userType=<USER_TYPE>&locale=en
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The User search based on Party Id should not take much time
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Navigate to Onboarding-->User Management
3. Search user based on party id
