During Interest calculation wrong UDE value is getting picked by OBIC, and wrong amounts are accrued or liquidated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

During Interest calculation correct UDE value should get picked by OBIC, and correct amounts are to be accrued or liquidated.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up OBIC
2. Check for the UDE values pickup during IC account creation
