Error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later" Observed When Trying to Attach Documents from Attachments Tab on View Import Letter of Credit Screen (Doc ID 2880268.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to attach documents from attachments tab on View Import Letter of credit(LC) screen,
following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > Letter Of Credit > Import Letter Of Credit > View Letter Of Credit
3. Click on the LC, on Attachments tab, try attaching document
