Symptoms
When attempting to view inward guarantee,
following error is observed.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee
3. Inward guarantee, select a guarantee, view details
