Symptoms
When attempting to view the submitted Bank Guarantee(BG) application from Application tracker, the application doesn't show complete details,
following error is observed in console.
ERROR

Uncaught (in Promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'description')
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Application Tracker-->Trade Finance
3. On Submitted tab, click on a BG application
