BD Migration - 802 To 811 With AM Workflows (Doc ID 2880347.1)

Client would like to migrate to 811 as they cannot be on DB 11g anymore and must move to 19c.

Queries are -
1. If they migrate to 811, will they be able to use AML UI 811 for continuing their alert investigation ? Or do they need to get ECM 811 to configure along with BD?
2. Will there be utility to migrate historical alerts from 802 to 811 ?
