On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
On opening view template in PMDSIMNT, PBDOTSTM screen throws error
Mandatory values are not passed correctly to the PBDOTSTM screen from PMDSIMNT screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PMDSIMNT(standing instruction maintenance) screen, query for a specific customer and template id.
2. Click on View Template button
3. Verify if template screen screen is launched without any errors
