Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

UDDCLEVT Screen reversal having error CY-9000

System is validating Maker and Checker limit during initiation which is a part of regular operational functionally. But, system is not validating Maker and Checker limit during reversal of transaction which requires for rectification purpose. During authorization of reversal system shows Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reverse a Transaction posted in UDDCLEVT
2. Try to Authorize the Reversal

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the transaction reversal
