OBBRN Replication not working 3.0 UAT

OBBRN Replication not working 3.0 UAT - We tried to create one account in FCUBS which is not replicating to OBBRN. Please check the logs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account create in FCUBS should be replicated to OBBRN

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account in FCUBS
2. Verify if the account is replicated in OBBRN

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot replicate the account in OBBRN
