Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

BENEFICIARY INSTITUTION ERROR

We were unable to disburse Loan for the below error

Beneficiary Institution1 cannot be blank    CL-ADV-008
Failed to Save                                        ST-SAVE-054
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a CL Loan for a product where there is no Swift messages attached
2. Try to Disburse the loan and validate the Message


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot disburse the loan
