Goal
Can you pls provide clarifications on the logic of Activity Risk calculations ? Specifically for the following questions :
1. Does Activity Risk take the max value by Product Risk and Channel Risk ? Are there other components which are taken into calculation of the final result ?
2. By taking an example in which through the FO files we gets:
- Product Risk = 4
- Channel Risk = 8
Which will be the results of the final Activity Risk ?
3. Are any othe components taken into calculation (i.e. Customer Risk, KYC Risk or Effective Risk)? Note, that in AML we do not provide Geography Risk values neither Biz Risk values.
