ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The rate serial not update in sequence on date 11-Apr-2022. its updated 1 for the first and 3 for the second rate sequence.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rate sequence should be 2 for the second rate seq
