ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to do transaction in Foreign Curreny
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
End user should be able to transaction in foreign currency.
STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as external user
2. Peform own account transfer
3. Provide currency as CNY
4. Observe the onscreen error "Field erros exist."
New currency 'CNY' maintained in table MSTCURRENCY.
