Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Closed virtual accounts are displayed when initiating payment transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Virtual Account whose status is closed should not be displayed for initiating payment transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user. View the closed virtual accounts.
2. Navigate to Payments > Adhoc Transfer > Internal Payment.
3. Search for the Closed virtual account and perform payment.
