Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System throwing an error message “Unexpected application status received from host” while originating Current account through OBDX IB home page.


ERROR

The transaction is getting rejected by Host and below exception is noted in OBDx log.


 
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBDX IB Home page.
2. Click on Current Account
3. Select product account from current account offers & Click on Apply
4. Click on Login
5. Login with OBDX user credentials & Click on Continue
6. Select all mandatory details & Click on Continue
7. Review all details & Click on Submit

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit origination requests.
