Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Language drop down list not displayed when OTP(One Time Password) is enabled for login.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Language drop down list should be displayed after login when OTP is enabled is for login.


STEPS
-----------------------------
1. Make sure OTP is enabled for login event.
2. Login via administrator. Enter OTP.
3. Language drop down list not displayed not displayed on dashboard.
