Error-'Sorry, the deposit cannot be opened at this time' Observed on 'New Term Deposit Review' Screen (Doc ID 2883850.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create New Term Deposit, the following error is observed on the review screen.

ERROR

'Sorry, the deposit cannot be opened at this time.'

Following traces are observed in the host response.
ST-CUSAT03Please select appropriate Mode of OperationST-SAVE-004Failed to Save the Record
Exception has occurred while getting response object of com.ofss.digx.app.td.dto.account.TermDepositAccountResponseDTO inside the create method of class com.ofss.digx.app.td.service.account.core.TermDeposit. Exception details are com.ofss.digx.infra.exceptions.Exception: Sorry, the deposit cannot be opened at this time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Retail/Corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Accounts > Term Deposits > New Deposit
3. Initiate transaction and observe the following error on 'Confirm' - 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later.'
