Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
-----------------------
After entering invalid credentials, no error is thrown on screen. User has to refresh the browser to enter valid credentials.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
--------------------------
After entering invalid credentials, error should be shown to user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse OBDX URL
2. Enter invalid credentials.

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, error for invalid credentials is not shown to user.
