Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to liquidate the bill contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FX-SVLIQUMU - Error message not found for the error code FX-SVLIQUMU, please maintain the same


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill contract to be liquidated.
2. Ensure forward contract linked to the bill contract
3. Ensure mismatch in the credit line linked.
4. Try to liquidate the bill contract

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate the bill contract and release the limit line.

ERROR -
EL-UTL-1001 - Failed in request message build in ELCM limit utilization
