ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In SIT2 OBPM "Cut Off Time" field in Business Override Queue is not populated with value.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per FDD "Cut Off Time" field should be populated with the Cut Off Time derived for the transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Initiate a duplicate CBPR pacs.008 transaction from PSDOCBCT.
2) Make sure transaction lands in BOQ.
3) Verify the "Cut Off Time" field on BOQ Screen i.e. PQSOVRQU.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users getting "Cut Off Time" field Value is Null.
