Symptoms

While initiating merchant Payment through dummy screen, below error is observed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to dummy merchant page.
2. Enter merchant details
3. Click on "Pay" button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to make merchant payments.

Changes

Issue is observed only when merchant key is encrypted.
